- 4 Ribbed Loin Chops (need fat on chops)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbls Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
1.) Heat electric skillet to medium heat.
2.) Add oil and brown chops on both sides. Add
salt and pepper to taste.
3.) Mix soup and 1/3-1/2 can of water until
smooth. Pour over pork chops.
4.) Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer in
electric skillet for 3-4 hours.
Crockpot:
Brown pork chops on stove prior to placing in crock pot. Cook on low.
