- ½ Teaspoon garlic salt
- 1½ Lbs. ground beef
- 1 tablespoon dried onions
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tablespoons ketchup
- Parsley
- 2 Teaspoons Worcester Sauce
- Bread Crumbs (Meat Loaf Only)
- Brown Gravy Mix (Swedish Meatballs Only)
3.) Shape in pan to look like a loaf.
4.) Add ketchup on top.
5.) Cook for 1 hour per pound of meat.
Swedish Meatballs:
3.) Roll meat into 1 ½ inch balls and place in a large skillet (that has a lid) over medium heat.
4.) When brown on outside, add gravy. Simmer with lid over low heat till firm and gravy is really thick.
5.) Serve over rice or noodles.
